At the centre of think is a Hub offering administrative support to you. We know what it takes to run a think business and we don’t want you to utilise your valuable time figuring out things we have already found out work – that is one the benefits of joining think! We have poured our knowledge into the thinkWell, and we encourage our licensees to add to that well of knowledge as well as draw from it, so that we have a constantly up to date, relevant source of information available to all of us.

The think Brand
Your license agreement will describe in full your rights to the think brand and IP. As a licensee you will be able to trade under the think brand and use all the IP we have developed over many years, giving you a fantastic foundation from which to build your own business. We will discuss the license agreement further at your “Information Session” when you are ready to move forward with your application.

8 steps to become a think licensee...
- You are here! Are you ready for something new? Do you want to run your own business?
- Take sometime to read through all the material. This will give you a feel for the type of organisation you can be apart of.
- Please take your time to complete the application form... enjoy it. And why not complete the profile me document. We use our licensee talent criteria and psychometric testing and our experience of who think suits to offer one of the limited places we have for new licensees.
- If your application is successful you will be invited to an 'Information Session' arranged either in person at our head office in the UK or via Skype. If you are not successful we will get back to you with feedback.
- You will be invited to attend the 'Inspiration Session'. This is our opportunity to give you a taste of what's to come!
- You now have had the time to reflect on the think proposition and review the contract. Time to sign the contract and return to us with your joining fee. You will be invited to attend your training session ... great!
- This starts with a residential programme because we find that it is great to have time with other licensees to review and reflect. Your think training is intense... but really stimulating... you will enjoy it!
- You will now have access to on-going support and training to discuss innovation techniques, regular training updates will be available to you. The training and support never stops.
